General Description
This is accommodation with its own unique identity, combining historic and modern elements with a lot of personality and style. It is quiet and centrally located. The decoration, furniture, and appliances are all brand new and of good quality. The building is historic and was completely renovated 2 years ago. It is next to Plaza de la Merced. Parking is available; please inquire about availability. The building has an elevator for 4 people. The ceilings are high, with classic windows and balconies. Tourist License Category 1, Key No. A/MA/01908.
Interior Description
This is a unique (studio) space that is very well organised. It includes a double bed (140×200) and a bathroom with a glass screen, suitably sized for the stay. There’s a round table for dining, reading, or working, with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. A large wardrobe provides ample storage for clothes and suitcases, with a washing machine installed inside the wardrobe and cleaning supplies provided. There’s a two-seater leather sofa, rugs by the bed and sofa area, and a 44″ Samsung Smart TV. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Movistar+ are also available.
The property is decorated with high-quality materials and good furniture. Everything is brand new (furniture, appliances, mattresses, wardrobes, tables, chairs, etc.). It comes with ample, new bed linens and towels. The space is very clean and ready for enjoyment.

Accommodation Rules
Pets are allowed. Maximum number of pets permitted: 2.
Events and parties are NOT allowed.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are NOT allowed.
Quiet Hours:
From 23:00 to 08:00.
Taking photos and recordings for commercial purposes is NOT allowed.
Maximum number of guests: 2.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: between 16:00 and 21:00.
Check-out: before 12:00.
Additional Rules
Pets up to 10kg are allowed at a cost of €150 per pet.
Guests must request a cot or high chair if needed • Linens are included • Price included in the stay.
Stays: 3 to 90 nights.
Before leaving the apartment:
Please take out the rubbish (which is not included in the cleaning service).
Ensure all dishes are washed (which is not included in the cleaning service).
Check that all lights and air conditioning are turned off.
Leave the apartment keys on the table.
Extra charges
For late check-in:
21:00 – 23:00: €20.
23:00 – 01:00: €40.
01:00 – 03:00: €60.
Fees for lost keys or garage remote: €150.
Pets up to 10kg are allowed for a fee of €150 per pet.
Guest Safety
Surveillance cameras are throughout the building in common areas, hallways, the entrance, the garage, and exterior spaces. There are NO security cameras inside the apartments.
