It is located next to Plaza de la Merced. Parking is available upon request, subject to availability. The building has an elevator for four people. The ceilings are high, with classic windows and balconies.

It is a unique space (Studio) that is very well distributed. A double bed (140×200). A bathroom with a glass shower screen and dimensions suitable for the space. A round table for dining, reading, or working with 4 chairs. It has a kitchen equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. A large wardrobe with enough space for clothes and luggage. A washing machine was installed inside the wardrobe, along with cleaning utensils. A 2-seat leather sofa. Rugs were installed on the bed and sofa area. A 44” Samsung Smart TV. It has wifi, Netflix, and Movistar +. An outdoor terrace with ancient stone walls and high walls, plants, a sofa, an umbrella, and artificial grass. The property has been decorated with quality materials and quality furniture. Everything is brand new (furniture, appliances, mattresses, wardrobes, tables, chairs, etc.).
It has sufficient bed linen and towels, all new. The property is spotless and ready for your enjoyment.

Accommodation Rules

Events and parties are NOT allowed.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are NOT allowed.
Quiet Hours:
From 23:00 to 08:00.
Taking photos and recordings for commercial purposes is NOT allowed.
Maximum number of guests: 2.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: between 16:00 and 21:00.
Check-out: before 12:00.
Additional Rules
Pets up to 10kg are allowed at a cost of €150 per pet.
Guests must request a cot or high chair if needed • Linens are included • Price included in the stay.
Stays: 3 to 90 nights.
Before leaving the apartment:
Please take out the rubbish (which is not included in the cleaning service).
Ensure all dishes are washed (which is not included in the cleaning service).
Check that all lights and air conditioning are turned off.
Leave the apartment keys on the table.

23:00 – 01:00: €40.
01:00 – 03:00: €60.
Fees for lost keys or garage remote: €150.
Pets up to 10kg are allowed for a fee of €150 per pet.
Guest Safety
Surveillance cameras are throughout the building in common areas, hallways, the entrance, the garage, and exterior spaces. There are NO security cameras inside the apartments.
