This is accommodation with its own unique identity, combining historic and modern elements with a lot of personality and style. It is quiet and centrally located. The decoration, furniture, and appliances are all brand new and of good quality. The building is historic and was completely renovated 2 years ago. It is next to Plaza de la Merced. Parking is available; please inquire about availability. The building has an elevator for 4 people. The ceilings are high, with classic windows and balconies. Descripción interior
This is a unique (studio) space that is very well organised. It includes a double bed (140×200) and a bathroom with a glass screen, suitably sized for the stay. There’s a round table for dining, reading, or working, with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. A large wardrobe provides ample storage for clothes and suitcases, with a washing machine installed inside the wardrobe and cleaning supplies provided. There’s a two-seater leather sofa, rugs by the bed and sofa area, and a 44″ Samsung Smart TV. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Movistar+ are also available. The property is decorated with high-quality materials and good furniture. Everything is brand new (furniture, appliances, mattresses, wardrobes, tables, chairs, etc.). It comes with ample, new bed linens and towels. The space is very clean and ready for enjoyment.

Taking photos and recordings for commercial purposes is NOT allowed. Maximum number of guests: 2. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in: between 16:00 and 21:00. Check-out: before 12:00.
