In the heart of Málaga. 15 minutes walking to Muelle Uno, the beach is an 18-minute walk, a greengrocer and supermarket about 200 meters away, a bus stop 50 meters away, and electric scooters 30 meters away.

One has a double bed (135×200), and the other has a bunk bed accommodating up to 3 single beds—one shared bathroom. The living dining room has a fantastic, modern, and comfortable chaise longue sofa. In the living room, there is a dining table, a high bar with stools, and a 44” Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc. The property has Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Movistar+.

 

There is a parking space of 5m x 2.4m located in the same building. It also has a private terrace equipped with a large table and umbrellas. Washing machine, hot water, air conditioning. The building has an elevator.

 

The building is only 8 years old and modern internally, although it maintains the façade of a historic building. The property was renovated a year ago. It has air conditioning, high ceilings, and classic windows and balconies. The property has been decorated with high-quality materials and furniture.
