General Description

This is a unique accommodation with its own identity, combining historic and modern elements, and it is full of personality and style. It is quiet and very central and features a completely new, high-quality interior design, furnishings, and appliances. The building itself is historic and was fully renovated two years ago. Located next to Plaza de la Merced, parking is available upon request. The building includes a lift for up to four people, with high ceilings and classic windows and balconies.

Interior Description

This is a uniquely designed space (studio) with an excellent layout. It has a double bed (140×200), a bathroom with a glass shower screen sized appropriately for the stay, a round table for dining, reading, or working, and four chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. There is also a large wardrobe suitable for storing clothes and luggage, a washing machine installed within the wardrobe, along with cleaning utensils. A two-seater leather sofa. Rugs placed near the bed and sofa area. A 44” Samsung Smart TV. Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Movistar+ included. The property has been decorated with quality materials and furniture. Everything is completely new (furniture, appliances, mattresses, wardrobes, tables, chairs, etc.). It comes with sufficient linens and towels, all new. The property is immaculate and ready for use.

Accommodation Rules

Pets are allowed.

Events and parties are NOT allowed.

Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are NOT allowed.

 

Quiet Hours:

From 23:00 to 08:00.

 

Taking photos and recordings for commercial purposes is NOT allowed.

Maximum number of guests: 2.

 

Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: between 16:00 and 21:00.

Check-out: before 12:00.

Additional Rules

Pets up to 10kg are allowed at a cost of €150 per pet.

Guests must request a cot or high chair if needed • Linens are included • Price included in the stay.

 

Before leaving the apartment:

Please take out the rubbish (which is not included in the cleaning service).

Ensure all dishes are washed (which is not included in the cleaning service).

Check that all lights and air conditioning are turned off.

Leave the apartment keys on the table.

Stays: 3 to 90 nights.

 

Extra charges:

For late check-in:

21:00 – 23:00: €20.

23:00 – 01:00: €40.

01:00 – 03:00: €60.

Fees for lost keys or garage remote: €150.

Pets up to 10kg are allowed for a fee of €150 per pet.

Guest Safety

Surveillance cameras are throughout the building in common areas, hallways, the entrance, the garage, and exterior spaces. There are NO security cameras inside the apartments.
